Celebration of Teachers’ Day at La Salle Faisalabad: Honoring the Pillars of Education
At La Salle High School & College Faisalabad, Teachers’ Day is not just a day of celebration; it is a heartfelt acknowledgment of the role teachers play in shaping the future of their students. As Nikos Kazantzakis said, “Ideal teachers are those who use themselves as bridges over which they invite their students to cross, then having facilitated their crossing, joyfully collapse, encouraging them to create bridges of their own.” This powerful quote resonates with the values that our educators uphold every day at La Salle.
This year’s Teachers’ Day celebration was filled with joy, appreciation, and recognition for the dedication of our teachers. Each student brought flowers and small tokens of love, symbolizing the immense respect and gratitude they feel for their mentors. The administration, led by Rev. Brother Sajid Bashir, honored every teacher, expressing gratitude for their tireless efforts in transforming lives through education.
Our teachers have always been more than just educators. They are mentors, guides, and pillars of strength for the students. They touch the hearts and minds of every child, empowering them to build their futures with confidence.
As we celebrate this day, we say to all our educators:
Thank you for being the bridges to our future. Your impact is immeasurable.
Long Live La Salle!
Long Live Pakistan!
